Some New Stuff

Well, I have a header thingy up now... which helps, I suppose. It's probably just a temporary one... I did it in like 10 minutes so it's hardly great ^^,. Also I hate the white background, so I'll make that transparent in the new one... whenever I get round to doing that. I'm a very lazy person, just so you know.

Anywho. A few new pics are up for all to see. Kind of odd posting them here as well... seeing as they're already up at DeviantArt and FaceBook. But oh well, can never get too much exposure, right?

Okey and just to make this clear: This is my absolute first blog. So don't be surprised (or scoff) if I go about things wrong or in an awkward way. Thankies.

Legacy of Kain Fanart

 Now then, you're going to see a bit of fanart in the future too. Especially of the Legacy of Kain variety. Even though I don't draw nearly as much fanart as I used to, I still get inspired every now and then.

Bob the Monster

 Meet Bob. He's a little critter I thought up one day while extremely bored.

Daisy... Bob's sister.

 ....And Bob's sister. Her mouth was inspired by the Facehuggers from the Alien franchise. Apart from that, she's an original critter.


Now these are all pencil sketches... Which is kind of what I specialise in (in a very non-specialised kind of way... I'm by no means any type of expert in the field.), but I've recently started using colour. Recently as in the day before yesterday XD. I don't want to have this post be too long, so I'll just leave it at this for now.
Oh and also... TCNIF... Thank Chuck Norris It's Friday! This week was waaaaayyyy too long and equally as boring. More pics to come soon, so keep an eye out.
In case you were wondering, I don't live a very interesting life, so news of it will be minimal. But so you have an idea of what's going on in my life at the moment (if you even care): I just recovered from having my wisdom teeth pulled. Though recover is probably misleading as it implies that I was in bad shape. I actually had very few issues... no swelling, minimal pain. So yeah, but I did have to gnaw my food like a rabbit seeing as I #1, couldn't chew at the back of my mouth and #2, couldn't get my mouth open wide enough to squeeze through a macaroni noodle. Other than that, I finished high school last year, and this was what you'd call my 'gap year'. No idea what I'm going to do once the Christmas season draws to a close.


Very brief and very lame, but that's my life at the moment. Kinda. Anyway, I'll be back sometime with more pics and hopefully something far more interesting to share.

Brand Spanking New Blog

Well, Hi there to all who might stumble upon this newborn blog!
I'm still in the process of getting it set up, so it should look slightly more presentable in a few days... maybe even less. I'm not an overly fascinating person, so don't expect to find deep philosophy or anything too mentally stimulating here. Instead, what you'll find is some "carefree art". Yes, I just quoted my blog's title... ain't I clever? Anywho, that basically sums up what'll go down on this blog.
I love drawing and at the behest of my sister (whose blog can be found here: Ida Illustrate) I'm going to share it with the world! Here's a little sample of things to come:
